LeRoy was very personable and attentive to our needs throughout the whole experience, as well as open and communicative about the process. They provided a couple of different (very reasonable!) quotes for us based on the potential projects and their quotes were the best price of the different estimates we got from other companies in Bloomington. They are a great local team to support. LeRoy and his crew were very friendly, thorough, and great communicators. Even though the project was not urgent for us, they were quick to get the work scheduled once we decided to work with them. Our furnace is located in a very inconvenient location and we ended up with a lot of unexpected issues with old, moldy ductwork, but they took all these challenges in stride. We will definitely use them again for any heating or cooling needs!
